TransferWatch support

For help, contact support@calmutility.com. Include your shop domain, the affected transfer reference and a description of what you expected. Never send passwords, access tokens or authentication codes.

TransferWatch monitors native Shopify inventory transfer exceptions. Create transfers, correct receipts and move stock in Shopify. It does not forecast demand or create purchase orders.

Check the last successful scan on the dashboard. A failed scan keeps the previous results and shows a warning. Request another scan after resolving permissions or access issues; a queued scan or retry delay can temporarily disable the request button.

Acknowledging an issue excludes it from digests without changing inventory. Use Show again to return it to the attention list. Overlapping alert quantities must not be added together.

Turn off daily digests in Settings to stop future scheduled messages. Uninstalling stops monitoring; Shopify inventory records remain in Shopify. See the privacy policy for erasure and backup handling.
